		<description>Thank you for your insight and for posting this.  Very helpful to my journey, my path.

In the yoga class I attend, our yogini ends the class with Om, Ma, Oom, three times.  Now I know what it means and what the silent part indicates, as it grows longer with each repitition.
I also didn&#039;t know about imagining the sound in your belly traveling upwards. I will try that.
