Aparigraha (non-hoarding)

Aparigraha (non-hoarding) is the fifth of the five Yamas as given in the eight limbs of yoga by Patanjali.  It is variously translated as ‘non-hoarding’, ‘non-possessiveness’, non-indulgence’ or ‘non-greed’ etc. Essentially it means to get rid of greed and live a life with minimum material possessions, enough for a comfortable living.

My experience with Shankhaprakshalana (Full Colon Cleanse)

It was almost a year ago when I decided that I should attempt the full ‘colon cleansing’ technique called "shankhaprakshalana" (SP). I heard about this technique almost fifteen years ago when I was trying to find a yogic way to help me with my constipation problem.
