The three Gunas in daily life

kapotasana

The gunas represent a central theme in the various philosophies presented in the ancient Hindu scriptures, like Samkhya, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and the Upanishads.

My book on Pranayama

balance
Pranayama

I recently published my book, “Pranayama for energy, vigor and vitality”. This book contains detailed instructions on all the Pranayama practices that I cover in the various yoga courses that I offer. You are welcome to get a printed version of the book from me ($10). You can also buy the book on Amazon – both kindle version and printed version are available.

As you are aware, buyers depend on product reviews on Amazon to make their buying decision. Once you obtain a copy of the book, I'd truly appreciate your writing a review on Amazon. That will help promote the book further so more people can get the book and derive benefits from their pranayama practices.

One Form of Exercise Improves Sleep The Most, Scientists Say

A meta-analysis of 30 randomized controlled trials has revealed that regular, high-intensity yoga is more strongly associated with improved sleep than walking, resistance training, combination exercise, aerobic exercise, or traditional Chinese exercises, like qi gong and tai chi. Can 15 Minutes Of Daily Yoga Improve Mental Clarity?

15 minutes a day keeps your mental stress at bay! Practicing yoga for 15 minutes every day can have a huge positive impact on your mental health and can boost a person's mental clarity. Current busy lifestyles are draining the mind and putting it on overdrive. This leads to a loss of focus and concentration. A full dose of yoga (even if it is just a brief one!) slows one down.
