Here is what the previous participants have to say…
"A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! … learned more than I ever expected, and was actually sad when the intensive ended. Wonderful to learn so much new about myself at this age. Pranayama (breath work) is an extraordinarily powerful practice in it’s own right. Subhash pronounced at the start that I would have more energy everyday. And did I ever !!! What a revelation."

Dear Subhash,
I am practicing Yoga with your DVDs in Turkey and feel prosperous to meet your blog and web site. They are very helpful, explanatory, and DVSs are providing experience near to real life class session. I am planning to practice full session 3 days in a week and short versions every other day. In the DVS’s the sequence of the complete session is short meditation (as focusing), warm-up, sun-salutation, other asanas, savasana, pranayama and meditation. My questions are:
1. What is the importance and meaning of the sequence?
2. Can I make a short version for everyday practice? If yes what should I take into consideration for this short session; what are must’s and do not’s?
Thank you very much for sharing your experience, knowledge and friendly support with wisdom.
Hello Oya, it is so nice to see that you are enjoying the experience of practicing with the DVDs. Indeed, you are most welcome to do a shorter sequence when you don’t have time for the full routine. The routine that I follow is the standard sequence followed in the Integral Yoga tradition. That’s the tradition that I am trained in. You may visit this post on my blog (http://yogawithsubhash.com/2015/08/17/home-practice-options/) to see my recommendations on what to include in your practice depending on the time you wish to allocate.
