The class will consist of:
- Light stretching
- Pranayama (six breathing practices)
- Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)

- Managing hypertension, anxiety and stress
- Improves circulation of bodily fluids within the kidneys, stomach, liver, spleen, intestines, skin etc
- Improves the functioning of the lungs

- Helps achieve a state of ‘pratyahara’ (sense withdrawal), which helps in experiencing dharana (concentration) and meditation at a deeper level
