Hi Sarathy, almost any book on pranayama should have a discussion on kumbhaka. You may try the book Hatha Yoga Pradipika published by the Bihar School of Yoga. It is a comprehensive book covering asana, pranayama, bandhas etc.

Night got my CT scan it mentioned diffuse emphysema and bronchietasis,no issues with constipation but face has become dark,have done lsk before but now weak due to Tb medications now resolved kindly guide on lsk and emphysema lots of loveeeeeeeeeeeee and thanksssssssss

I am assuming that by lsk you are referring to the Laghu Shankha Prakshalan kriya (lsp). If that is so, I don’t believe that emphysema should prevent you from practicing lsp as long as you have the strength and energy to do the practice. Wish you all the best.
