I am pleased to present an audio recording of the presentation on “Essential message of Bhagavad Gita” that I made on Friday, October 8, 2021 to the students undergoing yoga teacher training at the Yoga Garden in Apex, NC:

Subhash, Thank you for sharing this presentation. I listened to it today and found it to be very interesting. I recognized some elements from various of your classes when you introduce some concepts of Gita and the Yoga Sutras. It was powerful to hear more detail in the 2-hr presentation. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the link to the Powerpoint presentation, but I see it now. So tomorrow I will go back and review the slides. It’s very easy and fun to listen to your teaching, even when the subject matter is complex.
