In this short program, we’ll focus on stretching and strengthening the muscles in the neck and shoulders. Most people tend to experience physical manifestation of stress in these areas. Continued tightness in these areas can lead to pain and more serious ailments.

Everyone is encouraged to maintain total awareness on how the body responds to each of the asanas practiced. Try to keep the practice at a level that is comfortable for you without causing undue strain to any part of the body.
