I am pleased to present an audio recording of the monthly workshop on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali held on Saturday, 10/17/20.

Sutra 2.39: brahma-carya pratiṣṭhāyāṁ vīrya-lābhaḥ ॥38॥
By one established in sexual continence, vigor is gained.
Sutra 2.39: aparigraha-sthairye janma-kathaṁtā saṁbodhaḥ ॥39॥
When non-possessiveness is confirmed, a thorough illumination of the how and why of one’s birth comes.
Sutra 2.40: śaucāt svāṅga-jugupsā parairasaṁsargaḥ ॥40॥
By purification arises disgust for one’s own body and for contact with other bodies.
