    I have been taking medicine for Anxiety attacks.Kindly advise which asana is good for mental calmness other than pranayama.I have started with following pranayamas– Udgitha,Bhramari,Nadi Shodhana,meditation.

    • I am glad that you are already practicing pranayama and meditation. In terms of asana, any gentle form of asana would be helpful. you can try a few rounds of Surya Namaskara, and add a few seated and reclining poses.

    Could you please send me the link for Tibetan ride (hope I’m saying this correctly) which we practiced in the Yoga class at HSNC today? I somehow can’t find it in youtube or here in your blog.
