On June 4, 2015, I presented a yoga workshop at IBM to the participants of the conference, "Women in Technology". The title of the talk was "How yoga can help manage stress". I am pleased to present an audio recording of the conference presentation.

Brief summary of what was discussed:

  • What is stress and how is it caused
  • Origin of stress is in the mind
  • Stress can only be managed by taking control of the mind
  • How memories are created
  • How the ego loves to use the memories to cause stress
  • How the techniques of yoga including physical stretching, breathing practices and meditation can help manage stress effectively
